Zoom Inc.I have tried starting a meeting but it just says connecting then comes up with error message 104114. I have tried it on 3G and works fine but doens't work on my laptop or phone on my wifi.
I am with 3BB in thailand. I tried another wifi connection in a cafe (not sure which company) and it worked ok. Anyone know who to resolve this?
My neighbour who is on the same wifi connection doesn't have a problem only me
You could exclude your Wi-Fi by using an ethernet cable for your notebook. When it works, it is something on your Wi-Fi (Radio etc.), otherwise I recommend contacting your internet provider.
