a colleague has set up a planning permission for me in the zoom webportal, i.e. I can create zoom meetings in his name.
I have installed the zoom plugin in Outlook, however nowhere
does the field "plan for" appear for me, where I can select the colleague.

If you have the Zoom plugin installed in Outlook, you should see a zoom icon in the toolbar when you create a new meeting or appointment.
To schedule a meeting on behalf of your colleague, click the "Zoom Meeting" button in the toolbar and enter your meeting details. Then you can click the "Schedule for" option in the "Zoom Meeting Settings" section and select your colleague's name if they have been added as a scheduler.
If the "Schedule for" option is not displayed, it could be that the colleague has not given you the necessary permissions to schedule on his behalf.
It is best to check again with your colleagues to make sure that all permissions are really set.
