Hello, While I put a few people into a private room, can I let them see the participants outside the room? A kind of "public" room or so? Or is there a way to let a few participants interact between themselves while seeing all the participants (but having the other participants not able to interact)? Thx, David

If I understand correctly, you want to send some participants to a separate room and shield them from the rest. But in addition, you want to be able to see all participants, regardless.
In this case, I recommend creating a breakout room for these participants. In these rooms only the present participants can interact with each other. Unfortunately, the present participants cannot see all others who are outside this room. However, you as the host can still see all participants.
To do this, proceed as follows:
start your Zoom conference. Click "Breakout Rooms" in the toolbar at the bottom of the Zoom window. 3. Select the number of breakout rooms you want to create. 4. Add the participants you want to split into each room. You can assign participants manually or Zoom can do this randomly for you.
once you have split the participants, you can check in to each room to make sure they are all connected.
you can then give instructions to the participants in each room, facilitate group discussions, and bring them back to the main conference when the tasks are complete.
