Side by side mode for host?

If I am a participant in a Zoom Meeting, I can set the Side by Side mode (or other views) under Options. As a host, I can't do that when I'm sharing. At least it is the case when there are only 2 people in the meeting.

But now I would like to record the meeting in the Side by Side view. For this I would of course reluctantly ask one of my participants if he can do this.

A further variant would be to log in with a second account.

Do you know another possibility? Maybe I'm just not able to find the right setting.

The option in the settings should also apply to the host.
