Zoom Inc.Clicked Start to begin hosting a meeting and it said I was already in a meeting. But I was not. So I ended the meeting for self and everyone and quit Zoom. Opened Zoom and clicked Start again and the same thing happened. Tried twice more.
Earlier I had sent a link to the meeting in an email, and the only way I could get into that meeting was by clicking the link in that email.
Why?
It is possible that you accidentally stayed in an ongoing Zoom session and did not log out of the meeting completely. In this case, you may receive an error message when you try to start a new meeting. You can try exiting Zoom completely and restarting, or restarting your computer to make sure you are no longer logged into the old session.
Another possibility is that there is a technical issue with your Zoom account. You can try logging out of your Zoom account and then logging in again to see if the problem is fixed.
