Why can't some documents be shared?

There are several reasons why you may not be able to share documents on your iPad in Zoom and instead get a gray screen. Here are some possible solutions:

1. check that the document has the correct file format: Zoom supports sharing PDF, PowerPoint, Word, and image files on iPad. If your document is in a different format, you may not be able to share it.
2. Make sure you are using the latest version of Zoom: If you are using an outdated version of Zoom, it may cause certain features, including document sharing, to not work properly.
   Check your screen sharing settings: You may have changed the screen sharing settings on your iPad, which is preventing certain documents from being shared. Go to Settings on your iPad, then Screen Time and make sure Turn On Screen Time is turned off. This may interfere with the ability to share documents in Zoom.
   Check if the document is copy-protected: Some documents are copy-protected and cannot be shared without specific permission from the copyright holder. If this is the case, you may not be able to share the document.
   Try saving the document again: If the document was previously shared properly but is now broken, it may be corrupted or incomplete. Try saving the document again and sharing it again.
