Hello,I am using Zoom app version 5.6.4 (1862) on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A7. When the host releases the computer sound, I can not hear the computer sound.With a laptop and version 5.2.3 (45120.0906), it works fine.I don't have a Zoom account, but use the app as a guest.What can I do?Many thanks and greetings

It could be that the settings on your Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 are not correct and therefore the computer sound is not heard. Please make sure that the audio settings of the Zoom app are configured correctly. To do this, proceed as follows:

open the Zoom app on your Samsung Galaxy Tab A7.
Click Settings in the lower right corner of the screen. 3.
click Audio and make sure the Share computer audio is enabled.
if Share Computer Audio is already enabled, disable it and enable it again to make sure it is configured correctly.

If this does not work, it could be that the Zoom app on your Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 is not up to date. Please make sure you have the latest version of the Zoom app installed on your Samsung Galaxy Tab A7. If not, please update the Zoom app and try again.
