Zoom Inc.My zoom worked fine with 2-4 people in the call but when there are around 8+ people, while I can still see and hear everyone, my mic becomes extremely broken up and delayed and I get told my internet connection is unstable. I have around 50mbps wifi connection and am running zoom on my Chromebook.
If you have 8+ people in a conference, in addition, are still elsewhere on the Internet and possibly other people are active in the same Wlan, I can imagine that it comes to connection problems. In general, I would recommend if possible to connect via cable to prevent possible connection fluctuations.
You can also turn off HD video on Zoom to save data.
