Why when I enter the correct password but it says incorrect?

Hi, I'm Frank. I'm 8 years old and I'm trying to get in to a meeting that has a

password, but when I enter the correct password it says incorrect.

I don't know what's going on, as before it worked.

Zoom has been a great video conferencing app until now. I believe I'm using version 5.00 now. I tried log in and log out but still didn't work.

I don't know what to do now... so please help me!!

In this case, simply reset the password. Go via the link at the login (in the password column click the "Forgotten?").
