ZOOM won't recognize headset?

Hello and thanks for the forum. I recently purchased a fairly high-end headset/microphone and when I use ZOOM it recognizes and defaults to my mike (call it a "USB microphone") but I cannot get any audio through my headset (plus the headset does not appear in the drop-down "speakers" options (nor does the "USB microphone" - although would it if ZOOM only sees it as a mike?). I hear audio through my default speakers (BOSE) or my monitors depending on which I select but cannot get anything through my headset. Suggestions? Thanks.

Try the following setting in the speaker and microphone selection, under the audio settings of Zoom: Like System (name of your device).
