ISMAP certification settings

• Account owners and admins can enable ISMAP certification settings for enhanced security compliance with Japanese government requirements. When ISMAP is enabled, communication content storage locations are automatically set to Japan for recordings, transcriptions, inbox messages, messaging and email transcripts, and attachments. If the data storage locations are not already set to Japan, enabling ISMAP will update them to Japan and make these settings read-only. Admins will no longer be able to modify data storage locations once ISMAP is active. The feature also restricts data center connections to approved regions including Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Singapore, and the United States. Video and voice queues are limited to specific SIP zones in San Jose, Denver, Tokyo, Osaka, Sydney, and Melbourne. These security settings cannot be changed by any user or admin once enabled, ensuring consistent compliance with ISMAP certification requirements.
