Bulk transfer deactivated user documents and shared folder roles with Zoom Docs
- Account owners and admins can transfer ownership of documents owned by deactivated users to active users. Admins are now able to search and filter for deactivated users, select multiple documents and transfer ownership of the deactivated user's docs to another user in a single action. Admins can also remove the manager role of deactivated users in shared folders.
User features
Smart reminder for meeting follow mode
- Meeting participants will receive a notification reminder to enable follow mode when sharing documents. The Zoom Workplace app will remind active speakers currently sharing content to enable "Follow my view" panel when active participants' views are not synced with others.
Expanded formula and function library for Zoom Docs tables
- Product managers and users can access an expanded library of formulas and functions when working with data tables in Zoom Docs. The formula library now includes functions for date calculations, text manipulation, and data type conversions. Users can apply these functions across various table fields such as task names, dates, team assignments, and status indicators. Users can also create formulas to automate calculations for fields like task duration, status updates, and deadline tracking.
Customize shared folder homepage with personalized dashboard tabs for team collaboration
- Users can customize their shared folder homepage by adding pages as tabs. When adding a tab, users can either select an existing page they have access to or create a new page using pre-built templates.
Create shared folders from templates
- Users can create shared folders using pre-configured templates that include customized homepage tabs and document structures. Users can select from various templates to quickly set up shared spaces without manually configuring each element. Each template includes a pre-designed homepage tab layout that highlights specific collaborative functionalities and use cases.
Create and share a doc during a meeting from the mobile app
- Users can create a new doc or share an existing Zoom doc to meeting participants from their Zoom Workplace mobile app. Participants can also access and collaborate on Zoom Docs via the Zoom mobile app during meetings. Previously this feature was only available in the Zoom Workplace desktop app.
Batch document authorization with Meeting summary for Zoom Docs
- Users can grant document access permissions to multiple meeting participants simultaneously after creating a meeting summary using the Meeting summary "/" command. Once the Meeting summary is created, users can grant access to all meeting participants or bulk authorize all mentioned users in the document who have not been added as document collaborators.
