Enhancements to conversation-based scoring automation with type and direction filters

  • Zoom Revenue Accelerator admins and managers can set distinct scoring criteria for different types of customer interactions. The automation system supports filtering by conversation type, distinguishing between meetings, phone calls, and call queue interactions. For phone conversations, admins can create separate scoring rules based on whether the call was inbound or outbound. The system also allows filtering by the language used during the conversation. These granular controls help organizations maintain different performance standards across various types of customer engagements, leading to more accurate and context-aware performance evaluation.

Integration features

Zoom Recorder for Google Meet for enhanced meeting insights

  • Users can integrate their Google Meet sessions with Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA). ZRA users can invite the Zoom recorder either manually or automatically to a Google Meet session with the permission of the account owners. This invitation will facilitate the generation of a recording file, along with relevant metadata about the meeting, which ZRA will subsequently process, analyze, and make available for playback. Upon entering a Google Meet meeting, the Zoom recorder will automatically notify participants of its presence and the reason for its participation. The meeting must be configured correctly to permit the Zoom recorder's participation.
    Note: This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a backend server update currently scheduled for the end of January.

Custom CRM field mapping to ZRA standard deal fields

  • Account owners and admins can map opportunity fields from their Salesforce instance to Zoom Revenue Accelerator's standard deal fields. This integration allows ZRA to ingest and display relevant opportunity data, which was previously limited to standard mapped opportunity fields. With access to the relevant CRM data, the ZRA deals dashboard becomes a central place for users to update and advance deals, and for leaders to inspect deals effectively.
