Update for Zoom Revenue Accelerator

New or enhanced feature

Admin features

Enhancement to deal explorer communication sources

  • Insights into emails, SMS messages, and transcriptions from calls or meetings are visible in Deal Explorer. The system indexes and analyzes all communications associated with deals synced with Zoom Revenue Accelerator, maintaining consistent permission and visibility rules across all communication types. Insight sources (calls, emails, meetings, SMS) are clearly indicated within Deal Explorer for appropriate reference. This comprehensive analysis of various communication channels grants complete visibility into the progress and risks of deals.

Custom brief templates with group and role-based control

  • Account owners and admins can configure and assign custom brief templates to user groups through the administator console. Templates are applied by the system based on hierarchal priority; group-specific templates take precendence over role-based templates, and role-based templates take precedence over global templates. Admins can select multiple groups when creating or editing brief templates. Users continue to receive one brief per meeting through configured channels while admins gain visibility into template assignments. This granular control enables admins to deliver targeted post-call briefs tailored to different team needs without relying on individual user configurations.

Integration features

Opportunity contact linking improvements

  • Who ID fields from Salesforce opportunities can be added from Salesforce to events in Zoom Revenue Accelerator by administrators and owners. This enhancement enables better tracking of opportunity contacts associated with specific events. With this integration, sales teams can better-maintain accurate records of customer interactions and improve contact management.

Enhancements to HubSpot integration with custom objects in Zoom Revenue Accelerator

  • The Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) Analysis custom object enables users to store and manage analysis data separately, providing a more structured approach for handling larger datasets. Additionally, this custom object can be associated with multiple HubSpot objects, such as Deals, Companies, Contacts, Meeting Activities, and Call Activities. By using the ZRA Analysis object, users can centralize analysis data across multiple HubSpot objects, streamlining workflows and improving overall data visibility. The ability to associate ZRA Analysis with various objects allows for deeper insights and reporting, providing a clearer view of performance across deals, companies, and activities. Moreover, this feature supports scalability, making it easier to manage complex analyses while maintaining relationships between different HubSpot objects.

Revenue Accelerator features

Unviewed conversation indicator

  • A visual indicator in the conversation list allows users to identify which conversations have and have not been reviewed. A blue dot appears next to unviewed conversations, disappearing automatically once the conversation has been accessed by the user. This visual cue allows users to clearly distinguish between viewed and unviewed conversations at a glance.

My Clips folder for improved Clip management

  • A centralized My Clips folder under Playlists allows users to view and manage Clips created from recorded meetings. Clips created by users are automatically saved into this folder and display essential information such as the Clip's name, the meeting's title, the duration of the Clip, and a link to the full recording. Clips can be renamed, deleted, and moved to other playlists. With this folder, Clip discoverability is improved and users can easily revisit important meeting moments for reference and coaching.

AI tags for classification of conversations

  • AI-powered conversation tags configured by Zoom Revenue Accelerator administrators can automatically classify meeting types across ZRA. Pre-build tag libraries for B2C, customer success, and sales use cases are configured by default and can all be edited or disabled through the admin portal, in addition to creating custom tags. End users can filter conversations by tags and use them as triggers in automation rules for briefs, playbooks, and scorecards. With AI-powered conversation tags, conversation organization is streamlined and workflow automations are further optimized.
