Deal win/loss analysis
- After a deal is marked Closed Won or Closed Lost in an associated CRM, Zoom Revenue Accelerator's system will leverage all data available for the associated deal—conversation data, transcripts, and other contexts—to generate structured analysis of the deal. The analysis includes a summary, evidence-based reasons for the outcome, and citations for its analysis. This automated analysis reduces the need to manually piece together evidence, saving time and providing consistent insights for more effective coaching and strategy adjustments.
Account level analysis retention setting
- When conversations are deleted from Zoom Revenue Accelerator, users can retain the conversation's relevant analytics objects in Salesforce through a setting configuration. This addresses strict data retention policies pertaining to recording deletion within set timeframes while maintaining access to pertinent analytical insights.
Revenue Accelerator features
Account details view
- Detailed account information can be viewed and managed by those with appropriate Zoom Revenue Accelerator permissions. This robust page provides the account's overview, information for contacts within the account, and details for associated deals. Users can also see past interactions with the account, its status and annual revenue, and much more within this view. With the account details, a ZRA user can obtain a comprehensive analysis and overview for an account, allowing the health of the account and and opportunities for interaction to be easily identified.
