The system automatically surfaces transcript snippets and associated timestamps for key moments in conversations that justify specific scoring decisions. These timestamps create clickable links within the scorecard, allowing reviewers to quickly verify scoring accuracy. The feature supports multiple evidence points per selected answer. This evidence-based approach improves scorecard accuracy and reduces the time needed for score verification.
Allow multiple scorecards per participant and conversation
- Managers can create separate evaluations using different scorecards for the same conversation and participant. The system allows stakeholders to maintain independent scoring criteria and analysis frameworks for performance measurements (e.g. for sales, policies, or other metrics). Users can apply automated scorecards without limitations from previous evaluations, and each scorecard's results are tracked separately in the system. Users can instantly understand the next steps, speaker data, and CRM details without scrolling down. They can also review transcripts, call metrics, deal insights, comments, coaching scorecards, and more. Users can quickly gather important deal insights from the conversation. Navigation to specific moments in the conversation requires fewer clicks.
Automated topic extraction from customer conversations
