Release notes for Zoom Revenue Accelerator

Changes to existing features

• Enhanced Customer and Lead search functionality in ZRA
  The selector function for searching customer or lead names has been replaced with the ability to input keywords directly. This enables users to conduct elastic searches within Zoom Revenue Accelerator using these keywords. The Customer or lead name search is available under the Advanced Filters option on the Conversations, Deals, and Analytics pages.

New and enhanced features

Admin features

• Enhanced Team conversation access control
  To better support cross-collaboration between sales and non-sales teams, Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) admins can manage which team has access to whose team's conversations, allowing them to share only the important recordings. Currently, ZRA admins can either grant access to all conversations or none at all.

User features

• Support bulk actions for scorecards, playlists, and conversations
  For scorecards, playlists, and conversations, users can select multiple items across the pages and perform actions on these items simultaneously. Actions include deleting a scorecard, unfollowing, deleting, and adding a playlist to a folder, removing conversations, adding conversations to a playlist.
