Not officially because Google and Amazon are still in dispute over the sale of Google Home devices on Amazon.
But there is an unofficial skill that allows you to search certain YouTube videos and play the soundtrack. To find here: https://github.com/dmhacker/alexa-youtube-skill
It seems that up to this day, we still don't have an official Alexa youtube skill. For anyone who wants to know, this is the updated way of getting the unofficial Youtube skill for Alexa working. It can be done by following the instructions from this youtube video that was posted from October 2019. I hope this helps.
