I just really wanted to know if my Echo have this feature. Freetime seems to be fun. Where do we find the option for this? Is it possible to set time limit for Freetime and monitor their activities?

It is indeed fun for the kids to try this feature. Freetime on Alexa is available on the Echo, Echo Plus, Echo Dot and Echo Dot Kids Edition.
You can set up a time limit for this feature on the Amazon Parent Dashboard after the setup process.
To set it up, just open the Alexa app > Select Devices > Select Freetime (on/off toggle)
After Freetime is toggled on there will be on-screen instructions to walk you through the steps to create a profile or choose an existing one. You then will be asked to give your parental consent. After setting up, you can now set controls for Freetime which includes the time limit on Amazon Parent Dashboard (Parent Dashboard > Sign in > Settings > Select options to manage your child’s experience), and monitor your child’s activity there.
You can also manage the experience on the Alexa app by going to Settings > Freetime. To review and delete Freetime on Alexa voice recordings, just go to Settings > Alexa Account > History in the Alexa app.
There is no FreeTime option on our app, so what now?
@user53403 Please not that Freetime is region-specific. Be sure to check if the feature is available in your country. Then follow the steps from this video that was just released months ago by Amazon. Hope this helps.
