Reporting issues with a Skill?

When I open the Alexa app on my iPhone and select the skill in question, I am directed to "scroll to the Help section".

I have scrolled in every direction but can't find anything that looks like a Help section. What am I doing wrong?

Open the Alexa app on your iPhone. 1.
Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner of the app. 1.
Select "Settings" from the menu. 1.

Scroll down and select "Help and Feedback".
select "Help" from the list of available options.
