Visibility of drop-down menus in Microsoft Office programs?

Unfortunately, when using Clickshare, the drop-down menus are not displayed, e.g. in Excel. This may be advantageous if only tables are to be shown, for a training of Microsoft programs ClickShare is not useful for the participants.

Is there a solution for this?

please right click on the ClickShare symbol in your task-bar, activate "Capture More" - The drop down menu should be visible now.

This setting must be set every time you use ClickShare, you cannot set it up permanently.
