The error is caused by the new macOS Catalina 10.15 operating system. The operating system is not (yet) supported by Barco ClickShare. A firmware update is expected to solve the problem.
In the meantime you could use the Airplay function. You need toconnect your iPhone/iPad/MAC to the ClickShare WLAN network.
