Recently I can no longer present viaMAC with a ClickShare button:

The screen on the display remains permanently white.
Software on MAC and firmware on ClickShare Sysetem is up to date.
I use macOS Catalina 10.15 - everything works on Windows.

Does anyone have the same mistake or can anyone help?

The error is caused by the new macOS Catalina 10.15 operating system. The operating system is not (yet) supported by Barco ClickShare. A firmware update is expected to solve the problem.

In the meantime you could use the Airplay function. You need to

connect your iPhone/iPad/MAC to the ClickShare WLAN network.

The new firmware version 1.9.1.7 is now available! Download on the Barco homepage under the following link:
