Flashing white continuously?

Hi guys,

the Barco unit and the adapter glows solid white. If I pull out plugs and again rein tu. That also brings little.

Is it due to some Frameware update that was downloaded incorrectly?

What can I do?

Hi,

do you mean the button, when you plug it into an laptop? Please try to pair the button with the base unit. Just plug it into the base unit, on the display you will see the process and will get information as soon as the button is paired with the base unit.

If this doesn't help, please reset the base unit and repair the button again. How to reset the base unit:

- unplug the base unit from the ac / power

- push the reset button next to the ac connection of the base unit

- keep the reset button pushed, while connecting ac to the base unit

- wait until the LED on the power button flashes red/white

- release reset button

The base unit then reboots by itself, then please pair both button again with the base unit and tray again.

Hello if again a response would be possible: We had a similar problem where the reset helped. However, the reset took place in the office and not in the meeting room. As soon as the change of location to the meeting room took place, we had the same problem again.
