When using AirPlay from MacBook, why is the connection disconnected every 10-15 seconds?
In order for AirPlay to work properly, the ClickShare base unit needs to be able to send ICMP packets (aka ping) to the macOS device.Make sure that ICMP packets are not being blocked.Third-party firewall or native macOS firewall are some of factors that can possibly block these packets.
It may also be due to connection problems between the Mac and the Clickshare. For example, if your Mac doesn't have a good Internet connection, it can't provide a permanent AirPlay connection.
