Connection fails every few minutes?

Hello,
we have major issues with our Clickshare setup. We use it in combination with a Logitech Rally System but its almost impossible to have a stable connection.Now checked the log files and get this entries:

2023-04-19T14:10:19.435356+02:00 ClickShare-klein iot-agent-clickshare[1155]: [INFO] [7fb955a4c980] checking for IP change
2023-04-19T14:10:19.435421+02:00 ClickShare-klein iot-agent-clickshare[1155]: [INFO] [7fb955a4c980] IP mismatch in reported and desired sending reported again....

This error occurs exactly every 10 minutes.
Can somebody please help with this issue?IP is set static

  • Update the Clickshare to the latest firmware

Error is known to Barco - legacy code: [1586]

Workaround

  • Right now, we recommend adding a DHCP entry for the MAC address of each ClickShare unit that you want to set a fixed IP for. The entry is a combination of the units MAC address and the fixed IP you want to assign. Then the ClickShare unit can be set to automatically resolve its IP address from the DHCP server. This will cause the ClickShare unit to always retrieve the same IP address
