ClickShare Configurator Update: Bug Fixes and Important Notes
New Features:

Fixed Bugs:
- Fixed issues where button sharing resulted in a black screen.
- Implemented a retry mechanism for cameras (e.g., Bose VB-1) that disconnect during sharing.
- Resolved issues with passive pens on touchscreens for some devices (e.g., Newline, Sharp, CVTE).
- SHARP, PN-L501C: Fixed the issue with annotated content visibility after exiting annotation.
Open Issues:
- Users must close YouTube before using Airplay for full screen sharing to avoid overlay issues (KB11880).
- Rapid mute button presses on Jabra Speak devices may cause sync issues with MS Teams.
- Conferencing controls are non-functional on specific versions of Jabra Speak 510.
- Vaddio cameras streaming raw video are limited to 540p for CX-50 and CX-30.
- The Saber series (Saber Plus, Saber IP20x, Saber 4K) may have no image at resolutions above 480p and will not achieve 30fps at higher resolutions.
- Audio distortion may arise on CX-50 with Poly Studio X50 (KB12323).
- Rare boot failures occur when the Base Unit is connected to the display before startup.
- Potential device reboot issues when establishing a third Miracast connection with two sources already on screen.
Update Instructions:
- To start the ClickShare App on the Button automatically when plugged in, install version 1.20 of the ClickShare Windows Driver (KB12204).
- ClickShare Desktop App v4.17 or higher is required for Base Unit detection.
- Use a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel to optimize Wireless Presentation performance; settings are adjustable via ClickShare Configurator.
- For Wireless Conferencing, a direct connection between the Button and Base Unit is recommended despite Wireless client mode support.
