My Crestron CP4 is non-responsive at the moment and I would like to perform a factory reset. What steps can be followed to complete the process?

To factory reset the Crestron CP4, please follow these steps:

On the front panel of the Crestron CP4, press and release the HW-R button
Press the SW-R button five times in a period of three seconds - so the gap should be under one second between each press. After that, the factory process will begin and it may take up to 15 minutes to be completed
Once completed, connect your Crestron CP4 with the Crestron Toolbox software and continue with a fresh configuration
