Locked up Crestron CP4 after a lost password?
The password for my Crestron CP4 is lost, so I tried the factory reset. Pressed the HW once and SW 5 times, but it doesn't seem to work. Is anyone else having this problem?

I had a similar issue when trying to reset a RMC-4. You really have to leave a gap of 1 second, when pressing the SW-R button 5 times. Otherwise the reset will not happen.
