Can IFTTT do this?

Guys, I'm getting a lot of problems in trying to buy the IFTTT app in Google Play. Before I take the plunge, I want to know if IFTTT can do what I want it to do. Here it is:

Whenever a specific message is received in Signal messenger (or a specific email in Fairmail email client), the following actions are triggered in sequence:

  • Audio alarm (or notificstion sound) is played
  • A specific app is opened, named "Wise"
  • 4 digit pin code is entered.
  • a specific button "yes it's me" is clicked
  • Wise app is closed and the applet goes back to wait for the next trigger

All this would need to happen even if the screen is off, or if the phone is on the lock screen

Can IFTTT do this?
