Backup function and a few more upgrades in the new version

Improvements:

• Data backup of the device parameters
• The data transmission rate of 230.4 kbaud is mandatory for IO-Link master
• Process data width per port up to 32 bytes
• The data backup function and the data transmission rate of 230.4 kbaud of the IO-Link master according to V1.1 can only be used if these functions are also supported by the IO-Link device.
