Fix error after P30 x-Series update?

How do you do?
We have 3 P30 charging stations, one x-series and 2 c-series which are configured as a charging network.Recently we tried to update them, which unfortunately went wrong. The P30 x-series (master) was on version 1.13 before the update. The update to 1.14.1 ran without any problems.
After the "update" to 1.15.1 the P30x was suddenly in a very strange state: The slaves are no longer recognized and on the status page the "status" of all 3 charging stations is empty. The IP addresses and MAC addresses of the slave stations are displayed as N/A.
After a restart with a "fallback", the charging stations partially revert to version 1.14.1, with which the station still partially worked. After a further update attempt, however, it only starts in version 1.15.1, in which the same problem occurs. The first update attempt from 1.14.1 to 1.15.1 was via the web UI, the second via USB.
Under the configuration tab of the master column, the availability of all charging stations is displayed as N/A. The date is set to 2007 and other settings are also not displayed correctly.
Under system settings, version 1.15.1 is displayed. Under the DSW settings, the status of all DSW switches is also displayed as N/A.
In the log files, which I received via USB, I could find the following error message:

Does anyone here have any ideas on how we could solve this problem? We are not necessarily complete amateurs, but Keba does not make it easy to investigate such errors. Is there perhaps a complete system file for the x-series to do a deep update flash and get it back to a consistent state? Or is there a way to get the password for SSH access to the P30x to be able to diagnose this problem more precisely?
Thank you very much
