PX30x problems after SW updates known?
STATUS: After commissioning 09/2022, the updates from v1.13-v1.15 were installed one after the other via USB.
Update v16.1 ran through to step 9 of 13. Then the installation hung for more than 60 minutes and the LED flashed green/red. The process was then repeated.
After completion, access to the Web UI via LAN/ WLAN was only possible again after changing the CFG file. (Support request)
Update v17.1 (USB) hung again at step 9, and again only ran through after repeating the process. This time the Web UI could only be reached via the HOTSPOT (IP outside the Home-NW). (see Config-Manual/ 2.1.3-WLAN Access Point (Hotspot)
Updates v17.2 and v18.1 (USB) were installed, but not displayed as release version 17.2 or 18.1.
QUESTION: have similar problems been reported in the group after updates, and are there any known solutions (apart from factory resets)?
