KEBAHi everyone,
I updated our Keba P30X to version 2.0.1 this morning, and now I wanted to update it to 2.1, but when I try to upload the update file via the web interface, I get the following error: “You cannot update this charger to the 2.X version.”
I don’t understand why—I have the correct hardware, our wallboxes aren’t listed in the Excel file, I downloaded the correct update, and now I’m a bit stumped.
