Update p30x?

Hallokann someone explain to a technical layman , how I update the p30x?

I can connect to the web interface.But the updates are not loaded.

It seems the best to do the update via USB.

But I do not understand anything about formatting so:

Buy USB stick and then not play the files on it but rst still format? How does that ????
