Camera is constantly Panning Left to Right and Back Again?

Hi everyone,

I hope you are well.

I have a camera on a Logitech Group system that is constantly panning left to right and back again.

I have updated to the latest version of firmware but this has not helped.

Does anybody have any idea as to how I can fix this ?

Judging from the question, it may be unwanted software that has taken over the camera control or it may be a defect.

Disconnect all cables from the group to the computer and check if the error still occurs.
If the error persists, contact Logitech support for repair or replacement of the device.
