Camera moves only halfway through?

The camera moves correctly from the default position until halfway through. Then it stops. Zoom and up-down movements are fine.

The firmware is updated to 9.4.

Judging by the description, there is a mechanical defect in the camera. The entire inner workings are sensitive and can also be damaged if not cleaned correctly.

Contact your supplier or Logitech and report the defect and try to repair or replace the device.
