Logitech group speaker not responding after firmware update?

The speaker doesn't work after update, the blue light is on and the mini screen remains black, and the buttons don't give any feedback and when si try to upgrade again it says update failed unable to update audio device : failed to send image data.

Please help

Judging from the description, something went wrong during the firmware update.

Try resetting the device to the factory settings.

Check with a computer and the Group plugged in, if you can get to the admin interface

Contact Logitech Support for the possibility of repairing or replacing the device.
