The sounds cuts out intermittently?

We have been having issues with the sound on our Logitech Group during Microsoft Teams calls. Usually when we first log on, the participants can't hear us, we have to restart it then it will work. It sometimes cuts out again during the call randomly. We updated all the software which made no change. We ordered and installed a whole new Group hardware and the same issues remain. Please help!
