LogitechI have a Rally Bar Mini set up in my meeting room in Sync, but it has suddenly disappeared. I found out that it is automatically deprovisioned when connected via the USB port to a laptop running the Sync app. How can I prevent this and have my Rally Bar appear in Sync again?
An older version of CollabOS is probably still installed. Install the Rally Bar mini on a laptop Logitech Sync Update to the latest version of CollabOS and provision it again.
