Camera stay muted orange solid on the bar?

We have usb mode setup so if we launch a Teams meeting the camera is not working and the led turn to orange solid instead of white. I tried a simple webcam connected to the nuc and it works.. As per led indicators, solid orange means video muted but it isn't..

Reset the camera to factory settings
Install the latest update with the Sync software
Try a USB-C 2.0 to USB-A 2.0 cable
Try connecting the Rally Bar to a laptop or similar to see if the error also occurs there.
If the error still occurs, contact Logi Support and ask for a repair or replacement of the device.
