Can we enable auto tracking without installing the Logitech Sync software app?

We have couple of Rally cameras on MTR setup with windows 11. Cameras are running latest firmware. No logitech Sync app installed. They are currently not auto tracking.
Without installing Sync app, can we enable auto tracking on these cameras?
