Logitech Rally Plus Black and Buffering/loading Screen ?

Whenever users plug the HDMI cable coming out of my Logitech rally plus TAP unit to their Laptop/Macbook to share presentation on the screen, it intermittently shows a black buffering screen. This screen stays black attempting to load their presentation but it doesn't. Has anyone encountered this and knows how to fix this problem ?
