is the unit defective
We have a new install of the Roommate the console is stuck in a loop showing connecting with company portal in the upper left. factory reset same thing. not getting blocked by firewall. any ideas?

- Deactivate all firewall settings for the device.
- Go to the settings by pressing the approx. 5 sec. hang up button go to Info -> Factory settings.
- Perform an update to the latest version.
