Share button not working on Logitech tap home screen?

We have a Logitech Rally bar with Tap (Cat5e) set up as a Teams Room. We have combined this with a ScreenBeam for wireless sharing.I am finding that when pressing the share button on the Tap's home screen that nothing happens.We have take laptop connect Rally bar HDMI IN also not working.I need reboot Rally bar and pressing the share button is working.(All devices updated to the latest version)
How to solve this problem?

  • Check whether your HDMI cables are in order.
  • Check whether the settings on the ScreenBeam are correct. It should transmit with max. Full HD picture without HDCP.
  • If the ScreenBeam is connected to the TAP, use Cat. 6a cables.
  • In general, only use high-quality cables from manufacturers.
  • Check for a loose cable connection.
  • Connect the HDMI from the ScreenBeam to the Rally Bar and try again or accordingly on the Tab to narrow down the error. Also try other devices via the HDMI-IN to test it.
  • to narrow it down further. What type of installation is the system in (BYOD, USB, APPLIANCE, ...). How is the system wired?
