Microsoft Teams - Contents of some chats gone?

Question

Hello, with the installed app /on Windows10) the history is gone for a few chats. If you still write something says teams, error sending -try again-.

If you log in via office.com and go to the web app there, everything is there as usual.

Is this a bug with Teams installed? How can I fix the problem?

Can anyone help me with this?

There are several ways to solve this problem. Here are some steps you can try:

update the Teams app to the latest version. To do this, go to the Microsoft Store and search for Teams. If a new version is available, you can install it from there.
clear the cache of the Teams app. Click on the profile picture in the upper right corner of the Teams app and select Settings. Go to Privacy and click Clear Cache.
Uninstall and reinstall the Teams app. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps and Features, search for Teams and uninstall it. Then download it from the Microsoft website and install it again.
check your firewall and antivirus software settings to make sure they are not blocking Teams.
