You can perform a software reset on the Neat Board, either via Zoom Rooms or Microsoft teams.
On Zoom Rooms, tap anywhere on the Neat Board and select the Settings gearwheel on the right, bottom corner. Go through the following path General -> System Settings -> Enter Zoom Room passcode -> System Settings (Neat)-> System -> Reset.
While working with Microsoft Teams, press the More(...) on the Neat Pad, and follow the path to Device Settings and the Admin Settings. Enter your password and in the Debug section, you will find the Reset devices option.
