Owl wird nicht in der App erkannt. Woran kann das liegen?

Ich sehe auf meinem iOS-Gerät meine Owl nicht auf dem Bildschirm „Owls in der Nähe“ der App.

If you don't see your Owl in the Nearby screen of the Meeting Owl app, check the following:

  • You are using the latest version of your Meeting Owl app. If your app is not up to date, but your Meeting Owl software is, your Owl probably won't show up in this list because the two Bluetooth versions are incompatible.
  • No one else is connected to your Meeting Owl. Only one person can be connected to the Meeting Owl at a time.
  • Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
    When prompted by the app, go to Settings > Bluetooth > On.

If the problem persists, try the following:

  • If Bluetooth is on, go to Settings > Bluetooth to turn Bluetooth off for 10 seconds, then turn Bluetooth back on.
  • Force close the Meeting Owl app on your mobile device, and then reopen the app.
  • Restart the Meeting Owl by unplugging it for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in. Wait until your owl's eyes stop pulsing and you hear a scream.

If your Owl's eyes do not pulse, contact Owl Labs Support.

  • Restart your iOS device
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Meeting Owl app.
