OWL LabsI believe I have registered my meeting owl pro correctly. I have the app on my ipad connected to the owl showing all the stats as to what updates etc. But I cannot get either of my two laptops of my desktop PC to "see" the owl?

Check that the USB cable is properly connected to both the OWL and your laptop.
Check if the latest software update of the Meeting OWL is installed. For this purpose use the Application.
If this does not worktry to reset your Meeting OWL. For this purpose, there is a small hole on the bottom (near the connectors), which contains the Reset button.
