PolyWhen I connect mobile phone, no issue, when I connect PC, green light as if the call was active, but red phone button is flashing and double beep sound is every 10 seconds...annoying, does it also during the call (the connected colleagues say they dont hear it)
Hi, have you ever updated via the Hub software from Poly? Maybe that will help with the problem. Sounds like a software issue.
