PolyPressing the phone icon no longer does anything. It will neither answer nor end a call. Reset has been performed, and all connected devices were removed and one phone reinstalled. Why, and what can be done?
Try using a laptop and the Poly Lens app to update the device. Then check the function again, also check the function on the laptop itself. On some phones, the button function must first be approved. Check the Bluetooth settings on the phone. If the button still does not work, contact Poly Support. It could be that your button is defective.
